In our days almost every film has some Fight Scene , this makes the film more interesting,epic and can be used as a tool to involve the audience within the scene. In this post we are going to look at how the fight scene are created using 3 Fight Scene from different films.For this we going to use some createria,Camerawork (angle,shot size, Shot movement), Editing(pace, techniques, match on action) and Sound(music,sound effects).
CAMERAWORK:
The fight is shoot in many small pieces,in movies you can see how camera always changes many positions during fight scenes also it's using different camera angle and shot size, all this are techniques to create pace and tension in the scene and also in all film and this make the audience interested to whatch the film.
In the first film at the start it was used Medium Shot Size and and Eye-level Shot Angle for showing the characters and for the bad boy it was used Medium Shot Size and not very much Worm's Eye to show his power.Also in the first fight scene we can see at the time 00:23 how the camera is moving into the character in white and after the camera changed the position away from the character in black this make the sequence more dinamic and make the audience to understand than between them it is a difference.In first fight sequence and also in third some shots are recorded from 2 cameras and put it together on the montage time this make the shot more professional this way it was used more times in both of this fight scene.
One important element in camerawork is Shot Size, in fight scene it used lots of time and it make the film better . In the fight scene ''Black Eagle Fight Scene - Van Damme vs. Sho Kusugi'' in was used lots of time Long Shot size I think one of the reason why it was used its because the film was filmed in 1988 and the technology and knowledge about the movie making was not developed like in our days, the modern fight scene use more Medium Long Shot. Another reason for this can be that they want to show to the audience the view .
